We give great importance to the common areas of VIU. In them we carry out different events and activities every month, with the aim that you can meet the rest of the community and create relationships and synergies that help you during your stay in Barcelona.

In addition to your room, with your coliving plan you will have an individual table in our coworking area. This area is prepared with all the services you need to work. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, printer, among other services and equipment.

At VIU, we have fully equipped 2-bedroom apartments. They have a kitchen, bathroom and a living room. Furthermore, in all of them there is all the necessary equipment to move into, such as kitchenware or air conditioning.

A great place for you workation or digital nomads in general!
I was staying here for about 1.5 months around October. This time of year Barcelona is already less busy but still offers a lot to see and great weather. Viu has a perfect location – you can get easily anywhere in the city either by bike o public transport, all main touristic sites within 20min distance. Many great restaurants/pubs around.
There is also very nice community of people: we were having drinks/tapas/pizza-nights regularly once or twice a week, and everybody is very friendly and approachable in general.
The building is very modern, rooms have basic equipment and everything is clean and tide.
Highly recommend.

Nuria is super friendly and eager to help with every issue you have and information you need. The cleaning lady does a great job as well.
Definitely a place I would recommend to digital nomads who want to stay in a central place next to the Sagrada Familia, but at the same time want a quiet and peaceful environment to work.

I had a really good experience staying here for 2 months, working remotely while I travelled solo. The location is incredible, you are right next to la Sagrada Familia. The apartments are well equipped and I got paired with a great roommate which made the experience great.
The co-working space is so convenient to have. I was a bit skeptical booking in advance but the service and attention provided by Nuria (the manager) was amazing. Great space, good location and prices in Barcelona.
